When First Scheduling a Meeting
Webex App:
1. After filling out the information for the meeting, select Advanced Settings at the bottom:

2. Click on Scheduling Options then select the Cohost option that best fits:
3. After selection, click the back arrow in the upper left corner to go back to the Schedule a Meeting page
To set Cohost, hover over the name of the invitee, select the "..." and Make Cohost:

4. Click Schedule to save the meeting.
Webex Site:
1. After filling out the general meeting information, select Advanced Options to expand:

2. Select the option under the Cohost section that best fits:

3. In the Invitees section, click on the person icon to select them as the Cohost
Selecting it should turn it light blue, marking them as Cohost

4. Click Start at the bottom to save.
Editing an Existing Meeting
Webex App:
*This requires the Host of the meeting to make changes.
1. Go to the Meetings Icon on the left side, then select the meeting that needs to be edited, there should be a pop-up and an edit icon in the upper right corner of the pop-up.
2. Go to Advanced Settings to change Cohost options

3. Select the option that best fits, then click the Back arrow in the upper left corner to return to updating the meeting.
To Make someone a Cohost; from the Invitees list on the right side, hover over the name of the invitee, select the "..." that pops up, and select "Make Cohost"
4. Once satisfied with the changes, click "Update" to save.
Webex Site:
1. Select the meeting and click the edit icon:

If the meeting is part of a series it will prompt the following message:

2. Expand the Advanced options field

3. Select the option that best fits

4. In the Invitees and select the icon (as shown below) to set Cohost

5. Click Save at the bottom
