DocuSign

DocuSign

DocuSign eSignature is an electronic signature service, which allows users to quickly and securely send and view documents.

Any employee can request access to DocuSign.

All employees will be provided with ‘Signer Access’ and they can request ‘Sender Access’.

For Basic ‘Signer’ only Access, users simply needs to sign into DocuSign using their employee email to activate their account. After doing so they will be able to sign documents at will.

For ‘Sender/Envelope’ Access, users are required to submit a ticket, sign into DocuSign to activate their account, review the required training links, and specify what groups (FA/HR) that they want access to.
