Task

Download and enroll in the managed Microsoft 365 mobile apps

Prerequisites

Have Microsoft Authenticator installed and set up.

Troubleshooting


Set up Android

1. Download and install app from Google Play Store

2. Open the app and click Sign In

3. Sign in with CPCC email address and password

4. This will prompt the Microsoft Authenticator; follow the instructions to authenticate.

5. Once signed into, additional Microsoft 365 applications can be downloaded from the play store and signed into using your Central Piedmont account. Note: when signing into M365 apps such as Teams, it may cause user to sign in multiple times.

 

Remove Android

Select the side panel menu, select Sign Out

Once the Microsoft Intune Company Portal is uninstalled or removed, any related Central Piedmont profile information will be removed from the related Microsoft 365 apps.

 


Set up Apple iOS

The Microsoft Intune Company Portal is not required for iOS devices. 

1. Download the desired Microsoft 365 app from the App Store and open the app.

2. Enter a Central Piedmont email address and click next. This will open or request to open the authenticator app and prompt to sign in.

3. Once signed in, click OK on the confirmation message and reopen the app.

Remove Apple iOS

1. To remove, sign out of the Microsoft 365 applications and then uninstall them as you would normally.
