1. Log into any Central Piedmont resource by entering your username or email address, followed by your password.
2. Once you log in, the Duo Authentication screen will appear with a three-digit code to enter into the Duo Mobile app.
3. A notification from Duo Mobile will appear on your phone. Open the Duo Mobile app to proceed.
4. Enter the three-digit code into Duo Mobile and tap Verify.
5. After verifying the code, return to the login screen, where you will be successfully logged into the Central Piedmont resource or website.
IMPORTANT: If you receive a Duo prompt when you're not attempting to log into any Central Piedmont website or resource, select "I'm not logging in" immediately and notify the Cybersecurity team about the incident.
