When a network account is disabled in Active Directory the associated WebEx account will be set to Inactive after the next Active Directory synchronization and the user will no longer be able to access WebEx services. If the network account is not re-enabled after a period of 7 days, the associated WebEx account is deleted from WebEx. If a network account is re-enabled after the 7-day period, the user’s WebEx account will be created as new with no access to previous message history, etc.
After WebEx account deletion, there is only a 48-hour period in which a user’s data (messages, spaces, etc.) can be restored. Even within the 48-hour window, there is a good chance that only partial data can be restored; the affected user should be made aware of the situation.
