Complete Overdue Training to Restore Account Access

Overview 

If this page automatically appeared upon login, your access to Central Piedmont systems is currently restricted due to overdue training. Follow the steps below to complete your training on NeoEd. Once completed, your access will be automatically restored by the end of the next business day.

Steps to Restore Access 

  1. Log in to NeoEd: Go to NeoEd and log in with your Central Piedmont credentials. 

  1. Access Your Training: In NeoEd, click “Training” in the left menu, then select the “My Courses” tab.

  1. Complete All Required Training:

    • In both the “Courses” and “Learning Plans” sub-tabs, complete any overdue items.

    • Required training may include topics like Phishing, IT Security Awareness, FERPA Awareness, Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness, and Title IX.

  2. Restoration of Access: Once your training is complete, your account restriction will be lifted by 5 p.m. on the following business day.

    • Note: If you are using a college-issued device, please log off and back in after your account is unrestricted to ensure full access.

Completing these steps will restore your full access to Central Piedmont resources.
