Overview
Adobe Sign, also known as Adobe Acrobat Sign, provides CPCC employees with a secure way to send, sign, and manage electronic signature agreements.
Your access and available features depend on the permissions assigned to your CPCC account.
How to Sign In
Step 1: Access Adobe Sign
Go to: Adobe Sign
Step 2: Log In
Use your Central Piedmont credentials when prompted.
If you are redirected to CPCC's authentication system, complete the required multi-factor authentication steps.
Step 3: Verify Your Access
After signing in, you should see the Adobe Sign features available to your account.
Your available options may vary depending on your assigned role and permissions.
Permission Options
Not every Adobe Sign user will have the same level of access.
1. Signer
A signer can:

Receive documents for signature.

Review documents.
-
Complete required fields.
-
Apply an electronic signature.

Complete assigned actions.
2. Sender
A sender can:

Create and send agreements.
-
Add recipients.
-
Assign signing fields.
-
Configure signing order.
-
Monitor agreements they have sent.

Access appropriate agreement history.
3. Template/Library User
Users with template-related permissions may be able to:

Create templates.
-
Use approved templates.
-
Modify templates, depending on permissions.
-
Manage templates owned by their department or assigned group.
Template creation and management may be restricted to designated users.
4. Administrator
Administrators have elevated permissions to manage Adobe Sign at the appropriate organizational, group, or system level.
Administrator responsibilities may include:
Administrative access should be limited to authorized personnel.
If You Cannot Access Adobe Sign
If you are unable to sign in or do not have the expected permissions:

Confirm that you are using your CPCC credentials.

Verify that your account has been provisioned.

Confirm that you are accessing the correct Adobe Sign environment.

When requesting assistance, provide:

Having access to Adobe Sign does not automatically mean that you have permission to send documents or create templates.
Permissions are assigned based on your role and business requirements.
