Accessing your CPCC Email

Microsoft Outlook - Web Browser or Mobile App

Your Central Piedmont email can be accessed via Outlook on the Web or your Mobile Device. 

Web Browser  

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to to the Microsoft 365 Portal or Outlook
  2. Enter your CPCC email address:
    1. Employees: firstname.lastname@cpcc.edu
    2. Students: username@email.cpcc.edu
  3. Enter your CPCC password and authenticate with Microsoft Authenticator (employees) or Duo (students).

Outlook App

Students:

1. Install the Outlook App 

2. Select Add Account. 
*Note – On iOS if Microsoft Authenticator is installed, you will receive a message to authenticate, click Open Authenticator. Select the Work or school account option.

3. Enter your Central Piedmont email address and select Add Account. 
*Note- The format of your email address is "username@email.cpcc.edu".

4. Login with your Central Piedmont Username and Password

6. Authenticate with Duo Mobile. 

 

Employees:

1. Install the Outlook App.

[Note - Android users will need to set up the managed version of Outlook via the Intune Company Portal]

2. Select Add Account and enter your Central Piedmont email address. 

3. Authenticate with MS Authenticator. 

4. Select "OK" when you see a message similar to the one below and restart the App. 

Pop Up Message Stating "Your organization is now protecting its data in this app. Restart to continue"

5. You will then be signed into your employee email on your device. 

*Note- You may have to log in to your account multiple times when you first set up your device.
