Technical support for errors and other issues affecting college-supported software and applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.). Software installation and distribution requests may also be submitted here for employee workstations (classroom software distributions should be requested under Teaching and Learning -> Course Technology Setup).
Software Installation / Distribution for Employees:
When submitting your request, please include the name of your workstation (or a list of employee workstations) and the name of the software you are requesting to be installed or distributed. If you are requesting new licensed software which has not already been purchased by the college, your department, or ITS, please instead submit a request under Desktop and Mobile Computing -> Technology Purchasing.
Technical Support:
When submitting your request, please include the name of your workstation, the name of the software you are having difficulty with, a detailed description of your issue, and the result of any troubleshooting steps which have already been implemented.
