Audio-Visual Consultation & Implementation

Digital Signage Consultation & Implemenation

To request consultation and implementation services for reviewing a space that needs digital signage, please complete the "Audio-Visual (AV) Consultation & Implementation" form.  During this process a member of our Service management staff will meet with you to review our current equipment standards and discuss potential locations a digital signage display could be installed.  Once a site survey is completed a cost analysis will be performed and provided to the requestor. 

Once the requestor identifies funding to purchase the digital signage equipment, official quotes will be provided to the requestor to submit to procurement.  Once all items are received the work to install the digital signage equipment will be scheduled.  Some digital signage implementation will require vendors to assist and will add costs to the project.  The need to hire a vendor will be identified during the cost analysis phase.

All digital signage content is managed by CMPR.  CMPR will work with you to create content for your digital sign.  Please be aware college wide specific content will be included in the rotation of content on a display.

 

Classroom Audio-Visual Consultation & Implementation

To request consultation and implementation services for reviewing a classroom that needs audio-visual technology, please complete the "Audio-Visual (AV) Consultation & Implementation" form.  During this process a member of our Service management staff will meet with you to review our current equipment standards and discuss the location for the technology.  Once a site survey is completed a cost analysis will be performed and provided to the requestor. 

Once the requestor identifies funding to purchase the classroom equipment, official quotes will be provided to the requestor to submit to procurement.  Once all items are received the work to install the classroom equipment will be scheduled.  Some classroom technology implementations will require vendors to assist and will add costs to the project.  The need to hire a vendor will be identified during the cost analysis phase.

 

Conference Room or Office Space Audio-Visual Consultation & Implementation

To request consultation and implementation services for reviewing a conference room or office space that needs audio-visual technology, please complete the "Audio-Visual (AV) Consultation & Implementation" form.  During this process a member of our Service management staff will meet with you to review our current equipment standards and discuss the location for the technology.  Once a site survey is completed a cost analysis will be performed and provided to the requestor.
