Signing In

  1. Click on the Cisco Call app icon in Teams, located in the left sidebar with your pinned apps.
    • If you don’t see it, click the + Apps button in the sidebar, search for Cisco Call, then open and pin it to keep it in your sidebar.
  2. Sign in using your Webex Calling credentials.
  3. Once signed in, your call history, voicemail, and contacts will be available.

Making a Call

  1. Open the Cisco Call app in Teams.
  2. Use the dial pad or search for a contact.
  3. Click the call button to initiate the call.
  4. Use in-call controls to mute, hold, transfer, or end the call.

Accessing Voicemail

  1. Click on the Voicemail tab in the Cisco Call app.
  2. Listen to messages, delete, or call back directly from the voicemail interface.
