Webex Calling lets you easily set up and manage voicemail from your desk phone, Microsoft Teams (Cisco Call app), email, or the Webex Calling User Portal. This guide covers how to set up voicemail, access messages, and keep your voicemail secure.
Setting Up Voicemail
- Sign in to the Webex Calling User Portal at https://user.webex.com.
- Navigate to the Voicemail tab.
- Set your voicemail PIN for secure access.
- Record your personal greeting or use the default system greeting.
- Save your changes.
Accessing Voicemail
You can access your voicemail in several ways:
- From your desk phone: Press the voicemail button.
- From Microsoft Teams App: Go to the Cisco Call app and select the Voicemail tab to listen to messages.
- From email: Voicemail messages are sent as audio attachments.
- Please note: Deleting voicemail messages from your email will NOT delete them from the server and must be deleted via the Cisco Call app or your desk phone.
- From the Webex Calling User Portal: Navigate to the Voicemail tab to view and manage messages.

- Regularly check and clear your voicemail to avoid storage limits.
- Use a strong PIN to protect your voicemail.
