This document outlines the full lifecycle of College & Career Readiness (CCR) applications in MyConnect/Element451, including application decisions, duplicate/fraud checks, age routing, post-decision processing, and all supporting automations.

Navigate to Applications

Application Routing (Automated into cohorts based on statuses)
- Under 16: No action (system auto-handles).
- Under 18:
- Review Minor Release Documents (Task assigned to CCR Intake Team).
- If satisfied with the documentation, select Minor Release.
- CCR Review: Perform full readiness review.

Transcript Requirements
- AHS: Transcripts required (If uploaded in MyConnect, view under Documents tab).
- GED/ESL: No transcripts required.

Update Status in CCR Students Cohort
- Advansys Ready (new): Moves application to Final Decision.
- Colleague Ready (returning): Moves application to Final Decision.
- Final Decision (No Action Needed): System auto-moves to Final Decision & Release.

Post-Decisions
- Export using CCR Export Template: CCR-Advansys Ready (Manual).
- Validate data.
- Upload file into Advansys.
Notes
- Advansys Ready and Colleague Ready will push data to Colleague.
- Orientation events can be exported into TABE (use export templates CCR TABE HSE and CCR TABE ESL).
- Duplicate Record and Possible Fraudulent Record statuses are reviewed by the Records team and moved to the CCR Students cohort once validated.
