Forwarding from Your Desk Phone
Turn Forwarding On

Press the Forward soft key (or CFwdALL, depending on your phone model).

Dial the number you want to forward calls to.

A confirmation tone plays, and the phone screen will show the forwarding destination.
Turn Forwarding Off
Forwarding from the Webex App (Desktop or Mobile)

Open the Webex app.

Click your profile picture or initials.

Select Settings (or Preferences) → Calling.

Under Call Forwarding, choose one of the following:
Toggle the switch to turn forwarding on or off.
Forwarding from the Webex User Hub

Go to https://user.webex.com.

Sign in with your credentials.

Select Calling → Call Forwarding.

Choose where to forward calls: another number or voicemail.

Save your changes.
Common Forwarding Options

Forward All Calls: Sends all incoming calls to another number.

Forward When No Answer: Calls go to another number only if not answered.

Forward When Busy: Redirects calls when you're already on a call.

Forward to Voicemail: Sends all calls directly to voicemail.
Availability of these options vary.
Tips

Forwarding stays active until you turn it off.

You can forward to mobile phones, other extensions, or external numbers.
If your desk phone shows a forwarding icon, call forwarding is active.
