Clearing the Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome

2. At the top right, tap the three vertical dots to open the menu

   

3. Click Delete browsing data

   

4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time

5. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files

6. Click Delete from this device

   

Android

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app 

2. At the top right, tap the 3 dots to open the menu 

   

3. Tap Delete browsing data

   

4. Tap More Options

   

5. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time

6. Check the boxes next to Cookies and site data and Cached images and files

7. Tap Delete data

   

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app 

2. At the bottom right, tap the 3 dots

   

3. Tap Delete Browsing Data

   

4. Tap Browsing data

   

5. Make sure there’s a checkmark next to Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and files, then tap Confirm

   

6. Choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time

7. Tap Delete data
