Clearing the Cache and Cookies in Edge

  1. On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click the three horizontal dots in the upper-right corner of the browser window.

  3. Select Delete browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear now.

Android

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Microsoft Edge app.

  2. At the bottom right, tap the three horizontal lines to open the menu.

  3. Select Delete Data.

  4. Select More options.

  5. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  6. Check the boxes next to Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.

  7. Tap Delete data.

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Microsoft Edge app.

  2. At the bottom right, tap the three horizontal lines to open the menu.

  5. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached Images and Files. Tap Confirm.

  6. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  7. Tap Delete data.
