Clearing the Cache and Cookies in Firefox

1. At the top right, tap the three horizontal lines to open the menu.
   
   
2. Select Settings.
    
   
3. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section
   
   
   
    
4. Click the Clear browsing Data button
   • Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Temporary cached files and pages(to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked
   • Select Everything to clear all cache and cookies
     
     
     
5. Click Clear

Android

1. Click the 3 dots in the top right or bottom right to open the menu
   
   
    
2. Click Settings
   
   
    
3. Click Delete browsing data
   
   
    
4. Ensure Cookies and site data and Cached images and file is selected and click Delete browsing data
   
   
    
5. Click Delete
   
   

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. Click the 3 dots near the bottom right to open the menu
   
   
    
2. Click Settings
   
   
    
3. Click Data Management
   
   
    
4. Ensure Cache and Cookies is selected and click Clear Private Data
   
   
    
5. Click OK
