Classlist Creation / Modification:

Request the creation or modification of a classlist.

Departmental Mailbox Ownership Changes:

Mailbox ownership / management change requests may be submitted here. Please note that we must obtain approval from the current mailbox owner before granting any mailbox ownership change requests. If you are an existing mailbox owner and wish to delegate mailbox access access to one of your employees, please follow the instructions listed here.

Departmental Mailbox Creation:

Request the creation of a departmental mailbox (supervisor approval required). Please include with your request the names of anyone else who should have access to the mailbox.

Technical Support:

If you are having difficulty logging into your Central Piedmont Gmail inbox, please first ensure that you are using either Chrome, Firefox, or the official Gmail app, that you have cleared the cache and cookies of your web browser, and that you are typing the correct email address (if logging in via Gmail), username, and password. If you are a student, your Central Piedmont email address is (your username)@email.cpcc.edu. If you need to unlock you account or reset your password, you may do so at amp.cpcc.edu. If you have forgotten your username, we will need to verify your identity before providing it to you; please call the Service Desk at 704-330-5000 or visit us in person during our posted walk-in hours. If you have followed the above steps, are certain that your login information is correct, and are still unable to log into your inbox, you may submit a service request here.
