Viewing Personal and Shared Storage Use in Google Drive

Personal Storage Use

1. Open Google Drive.
2. On the left, click "Storage."
3. In the middle, the total storage used is displayed. Storage use is further broken down by Drive, Gmail, and Photos use.

Shared Storage Use

1. Open Google Drive.
2. On the left, expand "Shared drives" and select a shared drive.
3. At the top right, click the "View details" icon.
