How to use Live Help
Step 1: Go to cpcc.edu and click on "Current Students."
Step 2: Click on "Brightspace Login." Enter your username and password.
Step 3: Scroll down to Student Resources and click on "CASE Academic Support.”
Step 4: Under Live Help, select the desired topic under “Select Topic” and "Select Subject" from the drop-down menu. Click “Connect."
You will be connected to a live tutor for assistance.
