Student Network Storage- Health Sciences

Student Drives

All active students have access to the following drives:

• U-drive called User Drive-  A drive for students to save and store files. 
• L-drive called Labshare - A drive for faculty to store files they need to share with students.

These network drives can be accessed via any Central Piedmont computer or using the Student General Desktop on the Central Piedmont Cloud. 

Saving Files to U-Drive

Students can save and stores files in the U-Drive. When saving a document on a Central Piedmont Computer or the CPCC Cloud Student Desktop, select the U:drive to save files. 

Health Sciences Drives 

The following screen captures will demonstrate how to access the Labshare (L-drive) for Sleep Studies. 

1. Double click on the Labshare drive 
   
2. The following folders will appear once the Labshare Drive has been opened. Select the Health Sciences folder.  
    
3. Once the Health Sciences folder is selected, the Sleep Studies Folder will appear. 
    

4. Open the Folder to view Sleep Studies
