- Click on your profile picture on the upper left of the Webex application
- Click on Settings
- Click on Phone Service
- Input your login credentials and sign in
Provided you have a Webex soft client configured, signing into Phone Service allows you to make external phone calls using the Webex application. It also allows you to check your voicemail using the application without the need of your PIN. If you try to sign in to phone services and see a red check for Phone Service under 'Status', you likely don’t have a Webex soft client configured. To have a soft client configured for Webex, please submit a service request through the Service Catalog.
