Task
If you need to initiate an investigation of staff accounts, including but not limited to eDiscovery or legal holds, please contact Human Resources (HR) as your primary point of contact. Our HR team will work closely with ITS to ensure that all necessary procedures are followed and that your request is managed efficiently.
Steps to Initiate Account Investigations:
- Contact HR: Reach out to Human Resources to initiate your request. They will guide you through the process and coordinate with ITS.

Provide Necessary Information: Be prepared to provide details such as the staff member's name, account information, and the specific data or communications that need to be preserved or reviewed.

Coordination with ITS: HR will work with ITS to ensure that the account investigation is implemented correctly and promptly. ITS will handle the technical aspects, including data retrieval and preservation.
