Set work location in Teams
Set working locations and hours (Outlook and Teams)
Instructions
Set work Location - Teams

Select the profile picture at the top right of Teams. Choose the work location from the location dropdown menu (second option in the list, under the Status).

Select Add building and select the building location from the list. Changes will be applied to the work hours for the remainder of the day and will be reflected in both Teams and Outlook.


Set Work Hours and Location - Outlook (New or web)
*Please keep in mind that the location must be set in Teams first BEFORE setting the location in Outlook. The building option will not show unless it is CURRENTLY set as the location in Teams.
**Must use new Outlook or web version, this feature is not available in classic Outlook

Select Settings > Calendar > Work hours and location. Select checkboxes for the days needing to set.

Use the dropdowns to select the work hours and location for each day. Select the Share work location on my calendar checkbox if not already checked. Select an option for People in my organization. When finished, Save.

Outcome
Work hours and location are viewable on Teams and Outlook
