Fax Machine Support:
Support for workstation-connected fax machines. When submitting your support request, please include the name of your workstation, the make, model, and location of the fax machine, a detailed description of the issue you are encountering, and the results of any troubleshooting steps which have already been attempted.
MFP Service:
Paper, toner, & service / repair requests for PrintAnywhere-enabled multi-function printers ("MFP's") may be submitted here. When submitting your support request, please include the location of the MFP as well as the MFP's five-character asset tag (e.g. "FJ229"), which can be found on a sticker on the front of the MFP.
Network Printer Support:
Support for multi-office printers connected to the CPCC network via Ethernet. When submitting your support request, please include the make, model, and location of your printer, the name of your workstation, a detailed description of the issue you are encountering, and the results of any troubleshooting steps which have already been attempted.
PrintAnywhere Support:
