Additional Microsoft 365 Licenses

Use this service to request additional Microsoft 365 add-on licenses for employees or students.

Add-on licenses may include tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Visio, and other Microsoft 365 products that are not included in standard licensing.

Requests should include enough detail for our team to understand who the licenses are for and how they will be used. This helps ensure the request is reviewed, approved, and fulfilled as efficiently as possible.

All requests require supervisor and leadership council approval before fulfillment.

License Options

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot: AI assistance in Microsoft 365 apps for writing, summarizing, meeting support, productivity, and data analysis.
  • Visio Plan 1: Browser-based Visio access for creating, editing, and collaborating on diagrams online.
  • Visio Plan 2: Visio Plan 1 features plus the installed Visio desktop app and more advanced diagramming tools.
  • Power BI Pro: Create, publish, share, and collaborate on Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Power BI Premium: Power BI Pro features plus advanced capabilities, such as larger models, more frequent refreshes, and Premium Per User workspaces.
  • Microsoft Project: Project management tools for planning, tracking, scheduling, and managing projects.
