1. Navigate to the NeoGov/NeoEd SSO via a link in your email or the link in Organizational Learning portion of the Faculty/Staff webpage.
- If you are directed to this screen, please select Login with SSO. The employer code is CPCC.

2. You will then be prompted to log in with Microsoft. You will input your employee email address and password. The password is the same password as your other Central Piedmont account.

3. You will then authenticate your sign in with the Microsoft Authenticator App. If you do not have your Microsoft Authenticator App set up, please follow the prompts on the screen when it asks for more information. You can also go to Microsoft’s website directly to set up the Authenticator App.
4. It will ask you if you would like stay logged in and you can select yes if you are not on a shared device.
NeoEd Mobile App
- Open the app, type in your CPCC email address (firstname.lastname@cpcc.edu), and tap "Continue"

- Tap "Login with SSO"

- Type CPCC for the employer code.

- Enter your CPCC email address and password.

Tips for Resolving Common Microsoft Authenticator Issues

Ensure that you have set up your Microsoft Authentication App or YubiKey and can log into your account at Microsoft.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Authenticator. Tap settings and make sure App updates are turned on.

Clear the Cache and Cookies in your web browser.

Try to log in using an Incognito browser.

Make sure the email format for logging in is “firstname.lastname@cpcc.edu” not “username@cpcc.edu”

If you receive an error that your account has been blocked or you are unable to input the two-digit verification code, please call the ITS Service Desk to have your authentication reset.
