When prompted to sign in, enter your Central Piedmont email address and password.
After entering your email and password, you’ll be asked to authenticate.
If you see a different screen that says "More information required," click Next and follow the steps in our Knowledge Base article, Setting Up Microsoft Authenticator App.
Choose an authentication method to verify your login:
Microsoft Authenticator: Open the app on your phone and enter the code.
Phone/Text: Enter the verification code sent to your phone.
When asked if you want to "Stay signed in?" click Yes if you are not on a shared device.
Ensure that your Microsoft Authenticator app or YubiKey is set up correctly and that you can log into your Microsoft Account.
Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft Authenticator. Tap Settings in the app and enable automatic updates.
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try using a different web browser.
Double-check that you’re using the correct email format:
Employees: firstname.lastname@cpcc.edu
Students: username@email.cpcc.edu
If you receive an error saying your account has been blocked or you can't enter the verification code, please call the ITS Service Desk for assistance.
