Overview
Central Piedmont students and employees can begin a chat on the ITS Client Portal for quick and efficient assistance from the ITS Service Desk.
Instructions
- Navigate to the ITS Client Portal homepage.

Locate the blue chat button on the right side of the page.

- Select New Conversation.

- Enter your First and Last name.
Note: If you know your ID number, please also enter it in the name field.

- You will be connected with the next available Service Desk Analyst for assistance.
Chat Tips

Before starting a chat, please have your ID number or user name readily available.

If you need to retrieve or update sensitive account information, we will need to verify your identity over a brief video call via Microsoft Teams.

You can email yourself a transcript of the chat for future reference by navigating to the menu option and selecting "Email transcript".
