Activate Your Central Piedmont Account
1. Go to activator.cpcc.edu and click "Continue".

2. Enter your Student ID Number, select "Student" for the account type, complete the CAPTCHA, then click "Claim".

3. Fill in the requested information and click Verify: You’ll be asked to provide your Activation Code, the personal email address you used when applying to the college, your date of birth, and ZIP code.

Important: When you clicked "Claim" (in the previous step), an activation code was sent to the personal email you used to apply to the college.
If you restart the process before completing it, keep in mind that each time you click "Claim," a new activation code will be sent.

4. Create a password for your account that meets the following requirements:

5. You will receive a success message that includes your Central Piedmont username and email address.

6. To finish setting up your account, you must enroll your account for Multifactor Authentication by following these steps: Setting Up Microsoft Authenticator
You can log into your account one hour after activation. If you encounter any errors or difficulties during this process, please call the ITS Service Desk at 704-330-5000. Note: If you need any personal or account information provided, we will need to verify your identity to proceed.
