Accessing your Central Piedmont Email

Web Browser or Mobile App

Your Central Piedmont email can be accessed via Microsoft Outlook on the Web or your Mobile Device. 

On a Computer - Web Browser

  1. Open your web browser and go to outlook.office.com.
  2. Enter your CPCC email address:
    • Employees: firstname.lastname@cpcc.edu
    • Students: username@email.cpcc.edu
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Authenticate using Duo (students) or Microsoft Authenticator (employees).

On a Phone or Tablet - Mobile App

Students:

  1. Download the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Open the app and select "Add Account".
  3. Enter your CPCC email address (username@email.cpcc.edu) and tap "Add Account".
  4. Type in your password and tap "sign in"
  5. Authenticate using Duo Mobile.
  6. You will be asked if you want to add another account. Tap “maybe later” to skip this step.
     

Employees:

  1. Download and install the Outlook app.
  2. Open the app and select "Add Account".
  3. Enter your CPCC email address (firstname.lastname@cpcc.edu) and tap "Add Account".
  4. Type in your password and tap "sign in"
  5. Authenticate using Microsoft Authenticator.
  6. If you see a message like this:
    “Your organization is now protecting its data in this app. You need to restart the app to continue.”
    Tap "OK" and restart the app.
  7. Once set up, you’ll be logged into your CPCC email on your mobile device.

Note: You may need to log in multiple times when you first set up the app.
